Darrell has been nothing but exceptional in his customer service thus far. I have bought several of The Kraken models for myself and several coworkers to try. They have held up very well, and for ground transport it's exactly what we need. I primarily use mine in my pre hospital job to hold RSI or pain medications. The only problem I encountered is the fact that the product does warp some when left in the heat for prolonged periods of time, which is my own fault for leaving it in the car attached to my radio strap all summer. Unfortunately, it warped to the point of being early unusable. The good news is that this problem has since been fixed with the next series of Krakens that Darrell is putting out as he is using a much more heat resistant material. Thanks again for everything!
