Shipping & Production Policy

All Tree Dee Designs products are made to order. Each item is 3D-printed, assembled, and finished in-house to ensure the highest quality.

Production Times

Orders enter the production queue within 1–2 weeks of purchase, depending on current workload and order size.
Production time varies due to print duration, post-processing, and assembly.
If you’d like an estimate for a specific order, please contact me directly — I’m always happy to provide an update.

Fulfillment & Shipping

  • Once production is complete, orders ship within 1–2 business days.

  • Every shipment includes tracking and insurance for peace of mind.

  • Shipping origin: St. John’s, Newfoundland & Labrador, Canada.
    (As an island province, shipments may take a few extra days to reach the mainland.)

  • Packaging materials are often reused or recycled to reduce costs and environmental impact.

  • Products are carefully wrapped and protected to arrive in excellent condition.

International Orders

  • I ship worldwide.

  • Due to current website limitations, orders outside Canada and the U.S. require a custom invoice.
    Please email me to arrange international orders.

  • U.S. customers: recent tariff changes may result in import duties or fees upon delivery. These charges are set by U.S. customs and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Q: How long will my order take?
Typically 2–4 weeks from order to shipment, depending on queue size and product complexity.

Q: Do you offer rush production?
Sometimes — contact me before ordering to confirm availability.

Q: Do you accept returns or replacements?
Yes, returns are accepted for non-customized devices within 30 days of delivery. A 40% restocking fee applies to all returned items to cover production and inspection costs. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details.
