Return & Refund Policy
Tree Dee Designs products are made with care and precision, and each item is inspected before shipment. Because every product is made-to-order, I can only accept returns for non-customized items under the following conditions.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted on non-customized devices only.

Customized or personalized products (including engraved, color-specific, or layout-modified designs) are non-refundable.

To request a return, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be undamaged, unused, and in original condition with all components and packaging included.

A 40% restocking fee applies to all approved returns to cover production and inspection costs.
2. Return Process
- Email us at darrell@treedeedesigns.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, you’ll receive return instructions and shipping details.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- After we receive and inspect the item, your refund (minus the 40% restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method.Returned items showing signs of use, wear, or damage will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Include detailed photos and a description of the damage for assessment.
- Once reviewed, we’ll confirm whether the item qualifies for a repair or replacement.
- Approved items must be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will either repair or replace it — whichever we determine to be the best solution.

5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
