We strive to make all products as durable as possible, continuously adjusting our designs based on real-world use—because we use these products too, in the same environments you do! Every device is tested to ensure proper fitment before shipping.

If your product arrives defective or is damaged during shipment, a full refund or replacement will be offered for all approved claims. Please contact us immediately with pictures to document any shipping damage.

Our limited warranty covers any warping, cracking, or breakage that makes the item unusable within six (6) months of fulfillment. If this occurs, contact us with detailed descriptions and pictures or videos to initiate a warranty claim.

Please note that returns and refunds are only available for non-customized products. Refunds will be issued once the item has been shipped back to us and inspected for damage. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in these situations.

Important Notes:

- Most products are 3D printed using PLA+ filament, which is known to begin to soften and warp if exposed to temperature above 60C/140F.
- PLA+ filament can crack or break under extreme pressure. Not recommended to store this item inside equipment bags without protection. There is great flexibility and strength in this item, but it must be cared for in order to last a long time.

- Time and care is taken to remove any sharp edges from the plastic and stainless-steel tethers before shipping. However, some sharp edges or burrs may remain, and it is the customers responsibility to ensure all areas are smooth to avoid any accidental injury.
- Products are rated to be cleaned using any disinfectant wipe, and is recommended to do so before, after and in-between patients.
- You may notice some residue on the underside of your product. This is from the 3D printing process – a non-toxic glue used to adhere the product to the printing bed. This can be easily removed with a damp cloth.
- Your packaging materials may have been reused packaging materials. Tree Dee Designs strives to source reused/recycled shipping & packaging materials to help reduce waste and protect the environment.
- Any products from Tree Dee Designs Inc. are not designed or indented to make skin contact with any patients.
