Satisfaction Guaranteed / Limited Warranty:
We strive to make all products as durable as possible, and make adjustments to designs all the time - because, we use these products too, and in the same environment you do. Every device is tested to ensure fitment before shipping. A full refund or replacement, will be applied to all approved products that arrive defective or damaged. If your product arrives and has been damaged during shipment, contact me immediately with pictures. If, during the three (3) months after your item is fulfilled, your item warps, cracks or in any way breaks, making the item unusable, please contact me with details and pictures/video showing this unusable state to obtain warranty approval.

Important Notes:

- Most products are 3D printed using PLA+ filament, which is known to begin to soften and warp if exposed to temperature above 60C/140F.
- PLA+ filament can crack or break under extreme pressure. Not recommended to store this item inside equipment bags without protection. There is great flexibility and strength in this item, but it must be cared for in order to last a long time.
- Time and care is taken to remove any sharp edges from the plastic and stainless-steel tethers before shipping. However, some sharp edges or burrs may remain, and it is the customers responsibility to ensure all areas are smooth to avoid any accidental injury.
- Products are rated to be cleaned using any disinfectant wipe, and is recommended to do so before, after and in-between patients.
- You may notice some residue on the underside of your product. This is from the 3D printing process – a non-toxic glue used to adhere the product to the printing bed. This can be easily removed with a damp cloth.
- Your packaging materials may have been reused packaging materials. Tree Dee Designs strives to source reused/recycled shipping & packaging materials to help reduce waste and protect the environment.
- Any products from Tree Dee Designs Inc. are not designed or indented to make skin contact with any patients.
